she was throwing a fit in the backyard yesterday and when I looked out I thought it was weird that she wasn't running back and forth along the fence like she usually does when the people walk along the other side. she was in the middle of the yard looking off somewhere else.
then I spotted the kite.
it took flight a little closer today while I was cleaning mud off her paws - it was all I could do to hold her back.

LOL, Candice! Poor Roxie. But, after seeing it for myself, I think I'd be a little protective of something like that, too. If I was a dog, that is.
